Interested students should apply to compete in the semifinal regional competition based on the location of their school. Details for each are listed below.

Preview the application and prepare your answers in advance. In addition to basic contact information and track selection, you’ll need an Executive Summary and a Presentation. Here are some samples:


Semi-Finals Details

capital region

Central New York

The semi-final competition will be held on March 29 at the Byrd Library at Syracuse University. Applications are due by March 22. For more information, contact Braden Croy, Linda Dickerson Hartsock, or visit the website.

Finger Lakes

The semi-final competition will be held on April 10 at the University of Rochester, River Campus. Applications are due by March 17. For more information, contact Natalie Antal, Matt Spielmann, or visit the website

Long Island

The semi-final competition will be held on April 9 at NYIT in Old Westbury. For more information, contact Natalie Walsh.

Mid-Hudson

Mohawk Valley

The semi-final competition will be held on April 5 at Utica College. Applications are due by March 29. For more information, contact Brett Orzechowski.

North Country

New York City

The semi-final competition will be held on April 5 at Vaughn College. Applications are due by 5pm on March 27. For more information, contact Edgar Troudt.
