Online advertising and engagement opportunities during events

Participation in online events provides many benefits to you, your team and your organization.

  • Brand alignment with the venture capital and private equity community

  • Broad visibility and access to the entrepreneurial ecosystem across New York

  • Lead generation for generating new business

Upstate Capital offers three in-event opportunities at online events:

  • Advertisement: Your organization’s profile and description is listed on the sponsorship page, including links to your website and social media pages. There is a 200-character ad that is placed within the list of attendees. It allows users to click the ad, go to your organization’s profile, and set up 1:1 meetings with organization representatives.

  • Virtual Event Booth: The booths are branded online spaces where you can host chats with attendees and embed your own video content. This option does not include an advertisement.

  • Super Virtual Event Booth: With this option, you have the opportunity to livestream your own content, live chat with attendees, and host your own online branded space within the event. This option does include an advertisement.

After the event, both Virtual Event Booth and Super Virtual Event Booth clients will receive meeting summaries:

  • A high-level overview of how many meeting requests each sponsor representative sent out and received. You can also see the status of each request.

  • Who met who is a full list of each meeting your sponsor reps had, including cancelled and rescheduled meetings.
